The strikingly simple design is what caught my eye first. Vast white spaces, minimal and good use of typography/layout. It’s reminiscent of an old-fashioned magazine but yet startlingly modern. The spareness is refreshing and it stands apart from a lot of the women’s magazine you see on the newsstand today.
This issue features Adele Adkins, writer Fatima Bhutto, activist Mabel van Oranje, cosmetic dermatologist Dr Frances Prenna Jones, Colette’s creative director Sarah and artist Germaine Kruip to name a few.
